About the position

Hello, my name is Mikael Eriksson and I am the manager at HVB Kilen. In my world, we have one of the most important missions there is, to meet, support, and help girls who for some reason need to be placed with us, and we need more part-time substitutes for our operations. Kilen is a small HVB with room for eight girls aged 13 - 18 who are placed according to LVU or SoL. We work based on LAB (low-affect response), TMO (trauma-informed care), and have implemented a method called Connect, which is about trying to understand behavior from an attachment theory perspective.

Your main tasks include: - Care in the form of direct treatment work/kp conversations/development of implementation plans/activities etc. - Networking contacts - Documentation and development work

Who are you?

It is desirable that you have at least two years of post-secondary education in social work or another equivalent qualification.

It is also an advantage if you: - are engaged and really want to work with young people - have experience in treatment work - have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - are used to documenting as documentation occurs to a high extent

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In the role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and you have good communication and collaboration skills.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Other

A driving license (B) is a requirement for the position.

A criminal record extract from the Police Authority for staff at HVB is always required before employment. See Form.

Working hours: Part-time substitute. The position involves work as needed based on a regular rolling day/night/weekend schedule with sleeping on-call and awake night shifts.

Salary: According to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements.

Start date: We fill the positions continuously according to agreement.
